5. Client Delays

6. Project Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work has started:

  • Charges for completed work will apply
  • Remaining unused amount may be refunded at our discretion
  • Domain, hosting, software, and third-party purchases are non-refundable

7. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact us first before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

False or abusive chargebacks may result in service suspension and legal action.
